Ryan Bartlett (he/him) | Certified Arborist and Plant Pathologist
Ryan Bartlett lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and two daughters. He is a Certified Arborist and Plant Pathologist specializing in tree health and is also a naturalist with an interest in pollinators of the Rocky Mountain Region. In addition to his primary profession, Ryan established the organization, Colorado Native Bee, an educational organization spotlighting more than 950 species of native bees in the State. Through Colorado Native Bee, Ryan has spearheaded outreach to educate about the importance of native plants and native pollinator conservation. Ryan enjoys speaking in various settings such as schools, conferences, state parks, state legislature hearings, to elevate native pollinators and our understanding of them. He just finished his latest project writing a Field Guide to Native Bees of the Western United States which will be available this summer.
