We do our best to source trees from high-quality growers. The trees we provide are promised to arrive to you in the best possible condition. If a tree sapling does not arrive to you in top condition, we will replace it at no charge.

After planting:

• We are committed to bringing you the only highest-quality trees to honor your loved one. The trees we provide are promised to arrive to you in the best possible condition. While nature is unpredictable and often has a plan of her own, we will do everything possible to maximize the lifespan of each cremation memorial tree.

  If the following conditions are met, we will guarantee the life and health of the tree for up to 2 years and replace it at no charge if it does not take.

  • If the location is a private residence or other private property where placement, access to water, and protection from vandalism is established.

  • If tree species, selection, and location are scouted by our experts.

  • If the planting process is facilitated by the Be a Tree Cremation team.

  • If all care instructions have been followed appropriately.

Force majeure: Other extreme circumstances such as fire, extreme drought, insect infestations, tornadoes, snow storms, ice storms, wind storms, or lighting also occur in nature. In these situations, we will evaluate the circumstances and work with you to move or re-establish the cremation memorial tree.
