Nancy E. Bielak

Nancy Bielak, 75 of Arvada, Colorado passed away on October 18, 2021 after a heroic battle with Parkinson's Disease and PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy). Nancy was born to Edith and Harry Jones (deceased) in New Castle, Indiana and settled in Denver, Colorado as a child.

She attended school at St. Dominic's Catholic Church and then Cathedral High School, where she met her best friend and husband, Joe Bielak. Joe and Nancy were married in 1968 and have two daughters, Laura and Karen.

For close to 40 years, Nancy was an excellent registered nurse at both Lutheran Hospital and Denver West Surgery Center where she made lifelong friends who were a big part of her life until her passing.

Nancy loved to read, sew, bake and made an amazing cheesecake.

Above all else, Nancy loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her loving spouse and best friend of 53 years, Joe; daughters Laura Bielak (Melissa), Karen Huddle (Scott); twin grandchildren Dylan Huddle and Hunter Huddle; brothers Paul Jones, Bill Jones (Bobbi), and Bob Jones; sisters Edie Jones-Bankston (Tim) and Pat Castro (Greg); and numerous cousins and nieces and nephews and friends who will all greatly miss Nancy.

All funeral services will take place at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 12735 W. 58th Avenue, Arvada, CO 80004 on Monday, October 25, 2021. Viewing will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with a rosary at 10:30 a.m. and funeral mass immediately following. The funeral mass will also be live-streamed at https://youtu.be/sQvNrwbFOaQ.
