Gloria J. Pinard, 72, died peacefully in her home in Longmont, CO on Saturday May 28th, 2022.
Gloria was born October 4th, 1949 in Waterbury, CT and raised in Watertown, CT, youngest of 3 children to the late Alton and Adele (Prakusky) Pinard. She is survived by her feathered companion of 22 years “Peaches”, 3 Sons, Edward Chapin Jr. and his wife Ginger of Parker, CO, Ethan Cray of Loveland, CO and David Ieronimo and his wife Sharon of Wolcott, CT. She has 3 granddaughters, Ashley Cray (Chapin), Brittany Fuleki and Haley Cray with 3 great granddaughters, Keira Fuleki, Stephanie Fuleki and Olivia Fuleki.
Gloria had a passion and deep love of her feathered friends. She and “Peaches” were never separated in the 22 years of being together. They traveled together from Florida to Connecticut and back and forth from Connecticut to Colorado. With that, the family does ask in-lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Gabriel Foundation. She spent time there and loved what they do.
Because of her wishes, there will be a celebration of life in Longmont, Colorado on June 16th at 11 am (see location information below) and a second in Connecticut later this year to be laid to rest.
