Suzanne Taylor Coulter

We mournfully announce the sudden passing of our mother, Suzanne Taylor Coulter, who passed away on June 14th, 2023.

Our mother was born on April 23rd, 1947 in St. Louis, Missouri to Bette Lee Curtin & Robert Lee Coulter Jr.  As a teenager she moved to Lakewood, Colorado with her family where she graduated from Wheat Ridge High School “The Farm”. She was the loving mother of 3 children who are all WRHS Farmers.

Suzy predominantly worked within the medical communities of Porter Adventist Hospital and Swedish Medical Center in the Denver, Colorado area. She enjoyed traveling, gardening and the local sports teams. One of her favorite roles was being a grandmother or “Gam” to her eight grandchildren.

Suzy was predeceased by her mother and father Bette Lee Curtin & Robert Lee Coulter Jr. She leaves behind her children David (Tate) Taylor Shetterly (Yvette Shetterly), Kelly Lynn Rosas and Kassie Lee Jensen(Matt Donnelly); sisters Lindi Behler and Patti Coulter, brother Bobby Coulter; grandchildren Austin, Jordan, Cole, McKenna, Morgan, Jack, Mitchell and Oliver and many nieces and nephews as well as her beloved Golden, Walter.

A Celebration of Suzy’s life will be held on July 8th, 2023 at 2:00pm at the Kent Village House at 3490 South Race Street, Englewood, CO 80113.
